Mr. Werner’s place was a really great place to stay at. I booked the place to spend time with my relatives in the Philippines before flying back to the UK and it was worth it all. The place had everything we needed for us as a family to just enjoy the moments. The location is really nice and the views are hard to beat. Kudos to Ms. Irene for helping us with any of our queries and making us settled during our stay. Karaoke and the swimming pool was a hit amongst my family. The terrace is a great place to watch the stars at night for any stargazers out there.

We had a lovely time. The place is spacious and the beds a comfortable. We especially loved hanging out on the big patio. The pool was beautiful and quiet and we loved the convenience of the e-bike. Mr. Werner responded immediately and Irene was so sweet and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Everything went smoothly and the place is clean with ac in every space of the house - it is also well maintained and comes woth a e-bike that we can drive around the block

We stayed at Mr. Werner's place during our lengthy vacation in Cebu Philippines from November 9th to December 14th. It's a really nice house in a very secured community. Very friendly neighbors, very safe to run everyday. Clean, comfortable, accessible, well equipped and great lounge area (balcony and party room is my favorite). Flawless communication with the host and the caretaker. Some negative we experienced was, when we got inside the house there were mosquitos that welcomed us I don't know if Irene the caretaker opened the door while cleaning or mosquitos come from open vents cause we sprayed everyday and put mosquito repellent but it still in there until the date we're out. Also, my biggest problem is the termites. It was everywhere in the cabinets and the whole kitchen. Another glitch, we like to use the pool one day but the guard shoosh us away cause he said the host didn't pay the bill. Other than that, the house saw how memorable vacation it was for me and my family.
