Perfect location, walkable to Oistins and a short drive to St. Lawrence Gap. Ocean right in the backyard, with shady and sunny spots on the lawn for relaxing. Can't say enough about our wonderful hosts -- Angela and Philip are a delight and made us feel right at home. We'll be back next year -- and for a longer stay!

Well we did it again!… we had a fabulous fantastic time at Phillip and Angela’s absolutely beautiful property… it was our sixth consecutive visit and we are booked for next year as well!… it truly is our home away from home…. They are the best hosts and are available for any questions or anything that you may need…. The property is immaculate… the location is perfect… there is the breathtaking beach in the back yard… there is sun… there is shade… there is privacy….it truly is a place to relax and recharge your batteries!… you can walk or take the Z- bus pretty much anywhere you want to go…. It’s close to Oistins .. the grocery store… restaurants…. Angela and Philip are now like family… we will miss them and look forward to next year at Leeton-On- Sea in beautiful Barbados!🌴

Beautiful spot, friendly hosts, gorgeous views, practically next door to Butterfly Beach Hotel for happy hour drinks, restaurants in walking distance - everything is superb. Would definitely come back here again, we met a British couple who were doing just that. 3 studios on the property along with owners Philip and Angela upstairs but still private and very comfortable. Sea breeze was welcome - we are now on the west coast and there’s very little. Enjoyed being able to walk 10 steps to the sea then back to the lounger in the garden! Could only squeeze in 5 days here as it gets booked quickly. Just do it!
