A private driveway will lead you to the parking area where you'll see a rustic patio with year-round outdoor seating, oversized cantilever umbrella, and new hot tub. (Nothing is shared with anyone!) From patio, you'll enter the apartment door by coded keybox, to find a combined and welcoming living space, full kitchen with center island and barstools. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, along with outdoor cooking equipment and tools. Includes a fully stocked coffee and tea bar with Nespresso machine and automatic drip maker with all the extras for that perfect cup of coffee you would expect from the Pacific Northwest. The cozy living space has a built-in desk and chair for working, comfortable leather furniture, large marble coffee table, direct-vent gas fireplace with remote, large screen TV with Dish network, Netflix, Prime Video and other popular movie channels and apps, assortment of family games, cards and books. From there, you'll enter the bedroom with king size bed, futon sofa for an extra sleep space, full bathroom, laundry/linen room with washer and dryer, and a closet. King bed includes quality memory-foam topper on mattress, 100% cotton sheets and premium down comforter with linen duvet. Futon is set up with same quality bedding upon request. Bathroom is fully stocked with all amenities. If you forgot something, we got you covered! The apartment and outdoor patio space is private and belongs to you during your stay.
