Especially blessed by God to be happily married to Pam (Gorgeous) for 30 years now. We both had bad experiences our first go around with marriage, but our God is all about second chances. Pam is an RN working as a Case Manager for Cox Health for 30-plus years. I have been blessed to work as a Project Manager for Schneider Electric for 24 years (all spent here in Springfield). I have now been blessed to have been retired for 3 years and able to serve Him. We have three grown kids all in their thirties. Currently, we have 8 grandkids. We really love to travel to see other cultures and the beauty all around us that God has created. We are very involved with having a home congregation fellowship in our home. We want this to be an opportunity for us to meet more people from other walks of life. We especially like to travel where there are beaches or lakes. One of our favorite places to vacation is in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. We love to spend our free time together just walking the beaches, bike riding, or just lounging around reading good books together. We love the beaches so much we belong to the "Unlimited Vacation Club". This is an all-inclusive vacation experience that enables us to go to many different countries. It also provides us with a fantastic assortment of foods to savor and enjoy at our leisure. Pam and I neither spend much time watching TV. We would much rather be actively involved with people or do outdoor activities with loved ones. We love all kinds of music (except Pam dislikes country)! We would like to go to New York for a week to experience the culture and take in a Broadway show every day. Of course, we will need to take in the experience of staying at an Airbnb. Finally, one thing you could not take away from me is my ice cream or Andy's Custard here in Springfield. My Life Motto - "Die to Live" I am an only child and I have learned life is much more fulfilling serving others rather than serving yourself.
