Judith’s place was great - we rented all 3 units for a college ladies reunion weekend. The spaces are great - lots of living room and kitchen options, and Judith provided a lovely welcome basket in each unit with snacks and wine. Plus, it is very walkable to restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront. We had a great stay!

The set up of the entire house is unique. 3 separate apts with 3 kitchens. We took the whole house for a wedding weekend for my wife and I and our adult kids and 2 grandkids. We all hung out in the loft for family dinner but had ability to get the little off to bed easy. But ease of Morning coffee in each apt was perfect! Judith was very accommodating for or schedule with a late checkout to get everything organized day after wedding. Location is terrific for Newport . 5 minutes to the wharf and 10 minutes to the Tennis Center ( if you know Newport) House was tidy, comfy and we were very happy. Great small apts for a couple or 2 for Folk Festival or just a getaway to see Newport. We will book again when there.

Judith and James were incredible hosts - so responsive. The home was perfect for a large group and so close to Thames.

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our group of 12 and walking distance to everything we wanted to explore in Newport! House was clean and the included amenities were a great touch!
