Great stay - very easy walk to the town centre where there were lots of nice restaurants. Accommodation was clean and tidy, had a spacious living area with great views of the harbour. Welcome basket was a lovely gesture

Loved Jon’s place, his home had all the amenities and everything we could need for self catering and more. Loved the welcome treats of Cornish delights which was really thoughtful, very helpful binder with all instruction manuals for appliances and local numbers and recommendations. The home was clean, large, airy, modern and had very comfortable beds, huge tv and great living room seating to have an evening in with others. The parking on premises is such a bonus and saved us a lot of money in parking fees, we came in a ford focus and the vehicle fit in the space with cushion pads on the parking railing and parking mirror on wall which was such a helpful extra. The location is great as you can walk to the seafront in less than 10 minutes with the stairs right opposite, I would stay here again. Also such a wholesome sea view from the living room window!

We had a great stay at Jon’s place . We stayed for Christmas as a family of 3 (including our 1 year old) and hosted our wider family for meals. It was a great space for entertaining with a large dining table and a kitchen that opens onto a large lounge with a lovely bay window with views of st Ives. Jon was a great host- responsive and helpful . The location is great- just a short walk from town, but far enough away that you can relax away from it all. A cot, high chair and kids plates and cutlery was provided, which was great. We definitely recommend a stay here

We loved our stay at Jon & Jo's place. They are great hosts - very friendly and proactive. We really appreciate a welcome gift of Cornish treats, coffee, tea, and milk. Jon shared useful recommendations of what to do in the area, which we found useful. The check-in and check-out were very clear and simple. The apartment itself was very spacious, and lovingly decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked, and we had everything we needed for a week's stay.
