Joni’s place was fantastic. The views and nature surroundings were better than expected. The house had everything you could need plus more. Joni had some unexpected and sweet surprises for us, as well. Communication was always quick and helpful, the house was fully stocked and very clean. We had a wonderful time and would most definitely book again if we visit Lago Vista.

Quite a lucky find for our family stay. Quiet and very convenient to Hill Country & Lake Travis activities. Close to good local food. It's 45-60 minutes from airport and downtown Austin. The highlight of the house is the full-length porch overlooking the woods and lake. Deer, hummingbirds and other wild visitors daily. Porch is a great place for breakfast or sunset dinners. And outside ceiling fans keep it pleasant through the afternoon. Comfortable beds, lots of extra seating, fast WiFi and nice TV with good streaming. Good kitchen set up, complete with Keurig, coffee and teas and a wide variety of spices.

This was our 2nd stay at Joni's wonderful home. Joni's home is in a great location. Beautiful views of the Colorado River in the distance. Beautiful sunsets in the evening and moon setting as well. Joni's home is very comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better host. Joni is very responsive and very gracious. We will be back. Thank you Joni.
