Our stylish home is perfect for small groups and families or a couple wanting to escape. Unlike most hosts, we actually live in this house when in the area! Quiet area, amazing patio and landscaped yard that catches sun dawn to dusk. The open floor plan allows for comfortable gatherings, the floorplan allows for privacy and the kitchen is fantastic for hosting. Minutes from a private Lake Travis beach and put-in. Off-street parking. Contemporary, open floorplan, fully stocked, family/group friendly layout. It's a very well upgraded home with features not found in other properties in the area. It's a gem in an oasis! We provide everything because this is a home, not an investment property!

Better than the photos. Relaxing place to stay. Great drives and hikes all around. Main and secondary bedrooms were extremely comfy. Very close to groceries and a few nice restaurants. Would definitely book again.
Definitely out of all the places MY TOP 3. A lot of scenery and beautiful views. Home very nice and clean to include backyard. I highly recommend this home.
This house was lovely and spacious. The fenced in backyard was great (our dog loved it 😁). Neighborhood was quiet and easy to walk. David was very friendly and quick to respond when needed. Close to stores, church, etc We loved our stay at this house and Lago Vista is beautiful.
We really enjoyed our time at David's place. It was clean and comfortable. The listing & pictures were accurate. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
