This accomodation is more of a Bach than a cottage. I was initially concerned as their was lots of junk around, but the room was quiet, clean and relatively comfortable. The shower is not good. Roseanne was very helpful and when things were not in the house she brought them ( e.g. plates and cutlery ) and I also was able to use an extra bed. It was extremely convenient as it was close to Takapuna where my husband had surgery.

Easy access & well positioned , with supermarket, beach and Devonport village all within 2.5km. Older style & basic amenities but clean, tidy and very comfortable. I'd definitely stay again!

Incredibly warm meeting. Came too early, but Rosie’s brother kindly invited us inside allowing to leave our luggage and was amazingly welcoming. Spacious cottage suited us fine (3 people family). Super comfy queen bed plus folding bed plus additional mattress. Cats live around the cottage are very modest and never came in. Picturesque quiet cozy place is ideal for private resting. Chattels are sufficient. Towels are clean and more than enough pieces. Separate entrance from the street, behind the main house. Rosie was really friendly, welcoming and generous. Excellent place!
