The house is on the top of the picturesque village Vilafames, just in front of the ancient castle. The house has got three bedrooms, each one with wonderful views, three bathrooms, a full equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace. The price you see is for one or two person. Every guest added costs 15 euros, as you can see when you put the number of guests. Minimum stay is 4 days. Have a nice stay! The house was renewed from a very ancient stone house of the 19th Century, for this reason it's very fresh even in the hottest spanish summer. It is on three levels: the last one has got a nice terrace with a beautiful view on the village, the green mountains and a valley of almond trees. On this floor, beside the terrace, you'll find a cosy, full equipped kitchen, were you will have fun to cook nice lunches enjoying the spanish sun or to have dinner looking at the sun going down under the Pena Colosa, the highest mountain just in front of the house. Second floor: there's a “studio-room” with the possibility to sleep in two single beds. There's also a little bathroom. First floor: there's a big bedroom with a double bed; then a smaller bedroom with two single beds; a living room with a library; a big bathroom. Ground flloor: a very large livingroom and a little bathroom. Vilafames is a very little village, but you'll find everything for your everyday-life. There are a few restaurants were you can eat typical food like paella, chuletas de cordero and fish. In the upper part of the village there is a very special modern-art-museum with Mirò paintings. The village is very quite and it's perfect for people who loves having walks in the wild nature, reading books or writing letters, without televison and other noises. You'll only hear bells ringing, birds singing and gekos laughing. Only in August during “fiesta time” (see the web site of Vilafames to know the dates), the village will show you the deepest nature of spanish people, running after bulls and cows and throwing very noisy fireworks. Who likes the seaside will be able to go to nice places (Oropesa, Benicassin and Cabanes) in about half an hour, going through fields of orange trees (take the street trough "Desierto de las palmas"). Our suggest is to rent a small-size-car, because streets in Vilafames are very narrow. Have a nice stay!
