We absolutely loved everything about the place. The property is pristine, on a small street a couple of turns away from the main road. The grounds are very well kept. The unit itself is in the back of the house surrounded but lush greenery. We enjoyed the outdoor space. The unit is very well equipped with plenty of towels and supplies. Please note: there is no kitchen, just a set-up in the closet in the bedroom: mini-fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle, and the coffee pods and teas were provided. That was great for our needs.

My friend and I stayed at Joan's for a long weekend. The location was great, under 10 minutes to Wellfleet Center and 20 minutes to Provincetown. We walked to a local pond in the morning and enjoyed the outside space in the evenings. Joan shared several recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. The house was a bit hard to find, mainly due to the fact that we arrived late at night and the neighborhood is dark. Once we found it the space was as advertised, clean and private and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our last-minute stay at Joan’s private and peaceful retreat. The space was clean and well-appointed. We would not hesitate to return. Great proximity to the beaches and restaurants.
