If you have a family, this is a great place to stay. Close enough to places like Provincetown and the beaches, but isolated and quiet. It is homey, clean and has room to gather and room to get away. The fireplace outside is great. What really stands out is Cheryl. She was so available and kept in touch. We had a hurricane threaten and she checked in our us through the trip. If you are looking for a good place at a reasonable price, where you can feel at home while to are away, this is it! PS: This was our second stay here. I am sure we will come again.

A charming spacious (5 bedrooms!) house in a beautiful private setting - very close to several beaches, a biking trail, a French bakery, drive-in cinemas and the flee market. Wellfleet is also about 30 minutes away from Provincetown. It was fun for us to visit the spectacular August carnival there. Cheryl is a great host and has provided us with tons of helpful local recommendations!

Very cool house, super homey with lots of space for a large group. The rustic dirt road and steep driveway lead you to a secluded and peaceful retreat! Good bathrooms and laundry, nice dining room and outdoor space, and a comfortable basement TV room. Plenty of fans to keep you cool in the summer. Would definitely stay again! Also right by the Wellfleet Bay Audubon which is so beautiful

Lovely home, very cozy and peaceful. Great location for spending time in Wellfleet, Eastham, Truro, and Provincetown. Cheryl was a great communicator which made the rental even easier.

Quiet and comfortable. Relaxing and remote. House is equiped with literally everything you would want for cooking and games.
