Beautiful house in a beautiful location. It was super convenient to the All-Star Village, the main town, shopping, etc., and yet once you were there it was like you were a million miles away. We had some issues with water in the basement, but Tim came right out to deal with it.

Thank you Todd. Your Oneonta place is the idea sanctuary for any family (like ours) or group of families that have a baseball week on the books at Cooperstown. The house would easily sleep a few families (or even a team). The house was clean, spacious, updated, comfortable and importantly, just a 5-minute drive to All Star Village. Thank you for your prompt communications and clear instructions to make it easy on both of us. Highly recommended!

Great location for families renting a house for Cooperstown trips. It's uphill on a gravel road so that's a little inconvenient, but the house itself is renovated, stunning, and spacious.

Beautiful home located 8 min from All star village. We only had a couple of people but house easily accommodated tons of people. Great place to host a family bbq etc.

Todd and Debbie were great to communicate with. This house was perfect for Cooperstown All Star Village. The property is beautiful, a wonderful spot to enjoy the natural beauty and wildlife (deer, turkey, etc.) every morning on the deck or 3 seasons room before heading to the field. We were 1 family with 2 sets of grandparents but this home would also work for 3 families whose children don’t mind sharing a room. The one large room had many beds that would be great for kids. Highly recommend.
