房东Frank是一位为人着想，尽量提供方便和舒适的好房东，他的房间布置的非常好，特别是那个0Gravity的大床非常舒服。他热爱自己的城市和社区，也希望提供方便和充分的信息，让你也能喜欢在这里的居婷。社区环境非常好，距离超市，餐厅，商业区抖在10分钟的步行距离，特别是距离Enterprise租车店非常近，借还车极其方便。

Frank is immaculate, courteous, attentive, responsive, friendly, VERY helpful person, who is very considerate of his guest's convenience. He gives you space, but he's available any minute you need him. He checked on me daily to make sure "all is well". He was physically present right at the curb (I had sent him my ETA) when I arrived, and he also helped me bring in my luggage. As I entered his house, I could feel the positive vibes. I was so relieved to find a good host and a beautiful cozy place. The house is BRIGHT! It is BEAUTIFULLY, TASTEFULLY, AESTHETICALLY maintained by Frank. His house is exactly like what you see in pictures. The bedroom is spacious with a wonderful bed, wonderful linens and lots of storage space to arrange your belongings. The area is great, and you have ample street parking. I loved every bit of it. Staying at Frank's house was a safe, comfotable, heartwarming experience. I recommend this place from the bottom of my heart. Thanks Frank for everything 🙏

Frank is such a caring & friendly host! He is so easy to communicate with both in person & via text. I appreciated him sharing his abundant local knowledge & good recommendations of shops/restaurants. He regularly checked on me to make sure everything was ok, and he went beyond & above to solve if there was any issue. His house is clean & decorated in style exactly as shown in pictures. Both bedroom & bathroom are better equipped than hotel as well as kitchen & entertainment room. It’s located in a quiet residential area in which I felt safe to walk around as a solo female. An easy walk to Sunset Junction, and easy access to many of LA famous landmarks including my favorite, Griffith Park.

Staying at Frank's place was a fantastic experience. He went above and beyond to help me settle in, even helping me with my luggages from the door to my room. The home was just as beautiful as shown in the pictures and was well-maintained. Frank’s hospitality was exceptional; he kindly assisted me in getting a USA SIM card by his car and had great recommendations for places to visit. I particularly appreciated the close proximity to CHLA, which made it very convenient for me to walk there within 7 minutes. Frank’s attentiveness and kind nature made me feel right at home, and I definitely look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended!"
