Lucy was lovely , friendly & really helpful. We were running late & Lucy kindly took in and put away our scheduled shop ! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need , the milk eggs, bread and tea and coffee provided was so thoughtful and lovely ! Also loved that there were lots of cleaning supplies and loo roll provided ( not always the case ) . We had a wonderful stay , it was very quiet and peaceful , the hot tub was always warm and we had some fun trying to play tennis on the courts ! The only slight negative was that the bedroom was very warm & bright - however we still slept well . Also good to note that Candles are not permitted - however there are battery operated ones provided - we just couldn’t seem to get them working.

Had a lovely few days stay at the Old slaughterhouse with my children. We all thoroughly enjoyed it ! Lucy’s place was very comfortable and had everything we needed . Tennis was a hit ( don’t forget to bring tennis balls 😉) , the hot tub in the evenings was amazing , and the projector screen was lovely to wind down watching stuff with the kids before bed. We really loved it here and have the best memories of our time away. Would revisit in a heartbeat ! Thanks Lucy 😊

Such a lovely Airbnb in a wonderful and peaceful location! It's very cosy and the hot tub is great. We had such a nice stay here.
