I am going to try to keep this as short as possible but I like to type and explain things so I apologize if lengthy. My fiancé and I have been together 10 years and he booked the weekend in room 2 of your B&B for us to get away just us and hands down this is our FAVORITE place we have stayed ever while away from home!! I have anxiety, he doesn’t but being comfortable especially while on a fun trip is crucial for me. Matt was the one who welcomed us when we arrived. His boisterous, happy, welcoming demeanor immediately set my nerves at ease. He explained everything about the inn, where everything was what was offered etc etc. He happily answered all of our questions and suggested activities and place’s for us to check out. Your staff is by far the best crew ever!!! Smaller is better!!! This might sound weird but it felt like I was almost visiting family. The decor of the inn is super cute along with the age of the house itself! You brought life to an aging yet beautiful place!! Some people won’t appreciate the age of the inn and it’s eccentricity but we sure did!! Juanita(hope I spelled it correctly) is A-a sweetheart, I wanted her to adopt me as a granddaughter!! B- she’s an AMAZING cook!!! We didn’t eat breakfast Saturday but did today Sunday. I told people it was the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever eaten and they look at me like I’m loony!! Like it’s “just” a breakfast sandwich…No…no it’s not!! It’s HOMEMADE by a woman who knows her way around the kitchen , it’s not frozen junk, most of all?? She makes it with love and kindness to make others smile!! Like my gram used to do before she passed. Two things you never left hungry or unloved while there. That’s exactly how we felt!! I apologize for my forgetfulness but the other woman who was helping Juanita and does the room cleaning and preparing is the sweetest thing ever!! Okay so we obviously love and adore the staff immensely now rooms. We loved our room along with the tvs , Apple TV’ devices along with the iPod which is a really good thing!! We liked the fact we could message with questions instead of blowing up their phone by calling for something quick.

This bed and breakfast hit the spot for us! Jason and Matt managed to revamp an 1880s Inn with just the right balance of coziness and modern feel. Matt did a magnificent job welcoming us in the evening and served us an amazing breakfast in the morning. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

This was the perfect stay! My fiancé and I stayed for our anniversary as a weekend trip. The Stacy room was awesome! It had plenty of room and was clean and tidy as can be. The tv was awesome it came with every streaming network. The room even had its private balcony and the views were amazing. Check in/check out was easy with Jason and Matt. They make the process easy and are quick to answer any questions. The breakfast is also so yummy! The chefs are so nice and the options they provide are amazing. This bed and breakfast also is right on the main strip of North Conway, so everything was within a 10 min drive. Overall it was an amazing weekend away, and my fiancé and I are happy to have found our new favorite place to stay.

Great location and beautiful views! The decor I would describe as industrial chic - creative and unique, yet still cozy. The host(s) we’re available and kind. The breakfast was a bonus, but know it’s available for a short period of time between 9a-10a. One suggestion we have is to have coffee available as early as 7a. Would stay here again, but would upgrade to the room with the jacuzzi tub :)
