please read. better to stay at a hotel. this place was infested with cockroaches and of cockroach eggs. stains and mold and roach eggs on the wall, bed, bedsheets, blankets, toilet, washing machine, and even behind the television. please read this and never go here i couldnt sleep for the entire night as i was busy standing on the floor with my shoes on and trying to catch cockroaches, and mosquitos, ended up catching 56cockroaches and i have all the photos of them to use as proof if any legal matters stir up. The kitchen was untouchable because the shelves and any gap there was cockroaches or its eggs. the sink was okay but the drain was full of dark clotting of mold and rotten food particles. the wifi was slow and the aircon was taped on to the opening of the wall. looks like the host or whoever in charge knew that this place was infested with roaches but took precautions using tape to seal gaps and cracks. the washing machine was a breeding ground for mosquitos and roaches, as soon as i opened it, i was swarmed with mosquitos and cockroaches. i wish i never stayed here, now im damaged psychologically, i wont be able to stay in any airbnb ever. this is a disgrace

Near by what I call student city, and nice to wonder around the small streets. This will give travelers a good overview of Manila crowded city At the same time all amenities are close but you need to walk for few minutes.

Great place. Good location. Nice and clean. Safe and secured. Very helpfull and polite owner and his family either.
