Laura’s place was great. The views of the Lake were lovely and the house is very spacious and cozy. Laura was responsive and a great host. Would definitely recommend!

I was looking for a place with three bedrooms in or near Burlington. This place is perfect! It's in Colchester but a short and easy drive from downtown Burlington. It's also right on Malletts Bay. There are steps down to the beach, right across the road from the unit. The unit has a beautiful view of the water from the front window. We loved seeing the sunset in the evening. There are parks nearby with access to Lake Champlain, walking/hiking trails, and gorgeous views of the lake and mountains. There are stores and restaurants nearby. The unit has three bedrooms and is exactly as pictured. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and updated. The kitchen is well equipped, but some deep cleaning is needed (the floor needs a scrub, as does the side of fridge near the stovetop). The silverware and dishes are clean, and the fridge is clean. Laura is very responsive and we had a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.
