greg’s place is in the most fantastic neighborhood. everything you need walkable or an easy uber. you won’t regret choosing his well appointed home. greg also thought of everything and had the house set up for anything we could have needed. most importantly greg was so available with help instructions and recommendations….so thorough and thoughtful! go enjoy new orleans!

Greg was a wonderful host- responsive, friendly, and full of great recommendations! I highly recommend booking with him. His place is in a great area of town with tons to do and see, very walkable and safe.

From the beginning of our reservation until we checked out Greg was helpful and flexible and he totally respected our privacy. GREAT neighborhood and location and two blocks to Magazine and Lower Garden District and walkable to so many great restaurants and shops. We stayed for 12 days and nights through Jazz Fest and it was a quick Uber ride anywhere in town - Marigny/Bywater, FQ, Warehouse District, CBD. The place itself is very old (dusty and probably hard to spruce up) but charming and vibes New Orleans! Accurately described in listing. Fast reliable internet and A/C! Greg provided lots of nice touches including provisions for laundry, cereal/coffee/milk/condiments and fresh ice upon arrival. Fresh linens/towels/soaps etc. Most appreciated. While we are hardly at the AirBNB it would be nice to have comfortable seating in common area and a nice big TV screen to watch movies when we wanted to decompress together after long days/nights out. Overall awesome place to stay!

I really appreciated how well stocked Greg’s place was. Umbrellas, extra charging cords, a small first aid kit, cereal and milk for the morning. Above and beyond expectations.

Lovely Airbnb in the heart of the Irish Channel. Walkable neighborhood with restaurants and quaint shops. Greg is a great host, very responsive and had lots of great tips about the area!
