Shops, cultural activities and outings are nearby. Warm and quiet (on courtyard) on the 2nd floor with elevator, my apartment is 54 m². You will benefit from a room of 20m² and its very comfortable sofa bed. Absolutely cozy and sleeping 160*198 cm, this is where you can sleep pleasantly during your Parisian excursion. Sheets and towels will be provided. In your room, you will find: - A table for meals - 2 rest cases, - An individual wardrobe, - Some hygiene products to get through, - An mini refrigerator, - A coffee machine + capsules, - A kettle + earl grey tea, - A water cooler/dispenser You also have free access to WIFI (with fiber! ), Canal+, prime video, Disney +, Apple TV and Netflix). If you want to prepare your own meals, you have free access to the shared kitchen. The bathroom (which includes a bath and toilet) is shared. For a stay of several days, a washing machine and dryer are available. I have a quiet, cuddly little French bulldog who, if you love animals, will be delighted to meet you and, if you don’t, he’ll be isolated, having each one his own comfort.
