Large independent villa with gated entrance and large pool. Great for outdoor rural stay. BBQs every evening a must! The place needs a bit of love, care and basic maintenance to maintain it to its price level. Don’t expect everything to be clean and operational. The rural location means that farm noises throughout the day/night should be expected, not absolute silence. Esther is a caring thoughtful host.

Booked this villa for a relaxing group holiday with friends. It was amazing, Esther is a great host and was extremely friendly and responsive, we could not thank her enough. It was in a peaceful, private location perfect for relaxing as a family or with friends like I did myself. The kitchen has everything in it and the bedrooms are spacious, the villa was exceptional and the pool was an amazing addition!

Wir waren zu dritt und hatten einen super Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Danke!

Everything was wonderful! Great house in a quiet neighborhood. On site everything you need is there! You have your privacy and yet it is not far to the supermarket, restaurants and beaches. Communication was not so good at first, but after I called Esther directly, everything went without problems. So I would advise to contact her directly instead of writing messages. We will be happy to come back!

Restés 8 jours, Points positifs : - l'emplacement permet de rayonner sur toute l'île (1eres plages à 20 mn, le nord est à 1h environ, palma 15 mn) - environnement très calme, plaisant à la campagne à 2 km de Llucmajor, plantes et arbres et jolie vue sur des collines. Tout est très sécurisé. - la maison est spacieuse et agréable. Terrasse, piscine. - le wifi fonctionne très bien. Les difficultés rencontrées : - la piscine a un problème technique et se vide sous les skimmers. Esther ou le technicien l'ont rempli chaque jour. - la taxe de séjour a été demandée sur place (2€ par jour par personne) mais était déjà payée via Airbnb. Après plusieurs échanges, ça a été bon. - une odeur vraiment désagréable dans la salle de bain de l'étage. Esther a amèné un produit odorant pour la masquer.
