Phong's home is spacious, tidy and loveable. A place to have a good rest and feel like home. It is closed to the airport, restaurants and local shops. Bonus is its trees and quiet surrounding :D Phong and Linh is so hospitable, flexible and they will reassure your comfort living. I hope I can drop by next time when I return Sai Gon :D

If this location is convenient for you, it’s an excellent place to stay. Phong was very friendly and helpful. The room has everything you need and is very cozy! I highly recommend staying here.

Tran is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. He exceeded my expectations. He always asked me if there was anything I needed and also helped me to get things I needed. His home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. I had no problems walking around the neighborhood by myself. There aren't that many foreigners in his neighborhood, but I found everyone to be fairly welcoming. I liked looking out over the neighborhood from his rooftop patio and seeing the city in the distance. Overall, it's good value for the money and a nice place to stay if you need or want to be in this part of the city.
