Francine is the BEST host, we have had in over 5 years of chalet rentals. Her Chalet is beautiful, cozy, and extremely well organized. We have a great checkin experience, the chalet was easy to find and super clean. The beds were highly comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. She even went above and beyond to send a birthday card for my daughter, as we were celebrating her birthday. Communication was always very fast and clear instructions were shared with us proactively. We are thankful to Francine for being an amazing SUPERHOST!!

Francine was able to accommodate us within a short notice (the same date after our other house rental was cancelled by the owner due to technical issues) and we are very thankful for that. She made sure the house was fully cleaned for us as well. The house is very privative (although there is a second rental I suppose in the main floor, there was no one when we stayed there during a long weekend). We had the 2 upper floors to ourselves with everything we needed to cook, with big comfy TV room, multiple options of board games and books. Although it was only for 2 nights, we enjoyed a lot. This region of the Laurentides is very beautiful and can be enjoyed in all 4 seasons, with multiple activities in the cities nearby, all within 15 minutes drive. Surely recommend.
