My husband and I (along with our dog) had the most relaxed stay at The Dairy. Amanda and her husband were so helpful and kind. We did a dog walk and ate at the Abbey Mitre which served delicious food! The Dairy cottage is perfect! It was spotless, beautiful and had everything we needed for a short breakaway. Don’t think, just book! You won’t regret it!

A cute annexe which was just perfect for the 2 of us and our dog to have a mini break away. Lovely decor and furnishings & the tea, coffee, milk and hamper were a lovely touch. Helpful host, walkable to a friendly pub with good food & in a beautiful area with walks along the river.

Absolutely fantastic place. Exactly as described. Amanda got back to me so quickly and was helpful. The two things I was worried about, washing up as there was no kitchen sink and no full length mirror. These proved unfounded. If you stay two nights or more Amanda does your washing up for you and replaces them with clean items if you need them. There are two full length mirrors. Good mirrors for make-up. Everything was very easy and lovely. Shower excellent. TV easy to work. Very comfortable bed. Good quality bed linen, nice cups, generous fridge with filtered water. Amanda had also provided lovely snacks and drinks and there is a Nexpresso type machine for decent coffee in the morning. Also, I had a problem with my car and thought I was going to have to call the RAC. Amanda’s husband came over and looked at it for me, as he knew about cars and tested it for me and said he thought it was fine. He was absolutely right. So such a big thank you for this.
