The spacious accommodation comfortably hosted our group of 7 to 8 people, while the owner's responsiveness and approachability added an extra layer of warmth to our experience. We enjoyed a very restful weekend at Anh's place in Mariposa. The bed was very comfortable, the views were amazing, especially the sunrises and sunsets. We enjoyed gazing at the stars every evening from the jacuzzi. And we loved the kitchen! It has a great view and it is full of supplies to make cooking your meals easy if you forget something. We did get a little lost on our way to the house because our phones didn't get a signal. Luckily, our car GPS saved us. The wifi worked great at the house and my husband was able to work from the home office one day with no problem. It's about an hour from Yosemite, so a day visit to the park is very doable. And, we enjoyed the local shops and restaurants in downtown Mariposa. We would definitely stay here again!

We were really pleased with the inside of the home. It was comfortable and nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It was well kept, and a binder with information and the welcome treats were thoughtful touches. Also, as a host, Ahn was very easy to work with and extremely pleasant and responsive. My boyfriend and I, however, were taken aback with the extreme difference between the images of the home's exterior presented on Airbnb's site and the actual condition. Everything was weedy and overgrown - all around the patio, where we spent a lot of time and the stairs going down to the firepit and all around the firepit, which was unusable with 1-2 foot-high dry weeds. We decided not to have a fire after all feeling it would be a fire hazard.
