I was very disappointed staying here. The space was not clean. There were hairs stuck to mystery (ear wax?) stuck to the bed sheets in two bedrooms. There was also blatant trash left on the balcony, which was also covered in bird droppings. The fridge wasn’t clean and there were greasy fingerprints all over the cabinets. It just didn’t seem clean in general, the pillows smelled like body odor as well. Furthermore, the place is very poorly insulated. While I understand the weather was unusually frigid, I expected more at this price point across the board. Shima was responsive and I appreciated the space heaters she dropped off, but they didn’t help much. I started to feel sick from the uncomfortably cold indoor temperatures and I had to check out early, on Xmas eve. That said, the space is nicely designed. With some added upkeep and insulation (ie windows that close fully) it would be a decent place to stay. The location is good.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this first rate property. It delivered as promised on all features - design, comfort, amenities, and location. Our communication with Shima was always timely and she went overboard to make our stay an enjoyable one. Five star experience!
