We loved our stay. We would recommend to anyone.
We wanted a quiet place to relax with our kids and walk to the beach. Traveling with young children, we needed a kitchen where we could cook and not have to rush out for every meal. Jeffrey's condo was exactly what we were looking for in a place to stay. The space was clean, the beds were quite comfortable, and there was enough room to stretch out and feel at ease. The community is a safe place to walk, the pools were a welcome change from the ocean, and the little restaurant had great drinks and food. Communication on check-in, parking and amenities was prompt and clear. We would love to stay here again when we come to visit Florida.
My family had a wonderful time at your condo. The condo had everything we needed and the beach supplies were perfect. It was so helpful to have the cart to bring chairs to the beach. The location was great and we loved the area. This was a perfect beach/pool relaxing stay! We’ll be back!

After spending 30 years in education as a teacher and principal, I made the decision to enter the real estate development field. I formed my company- Hammock Development, Inc. and spent the last 2 years flipping houses in the Palm Coast area. While this was very enjoyable and lucrative, the paydays proved to be too sporadic for my liking. My last flip allowed me to pursue the purchase of a vacation resort short-term rental property. After much research I found the perfect condo at Cinnamon Beach in Ocean Hammock. This property was purchased by Hammock Development, Inc. for the sole purpose of renting to vacationers. It is not a private residence. It is designed and furnished with you, the sun-seeking beach lover in mind. Hammock Development is committed to providing you with the best beach resort vacation!
