Firstly Jacqui was lovely, friendly, warm and helpful, her cottage and surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, rooms are very clean, comfortable and you want for nothing. Also to get a home cooked breakfast at the time you want it and with choice is rare. I would have happily paid more for the stay, its really good value for what you get. So don't hesitate book a stay at Walnut cottage, you wont be diss appointed, Thanks again Jacqui. Regards Rick

We had a fantastic stay , the room was lovely and had everything we could need , it was perfect after a busy day and in walking distance of the pub so easy to get some dinner. Check in and out was easy and Jacqui was so friendly and hospitable. We left ok forward to a return visit.

A brilliant stay at Jacqui’s, we felt very looked after. The house is really comfy and clean and breakfast is brilliant too, lots of homemade fresh bread, lovely!

Jacqui is an excellent host - a warm personal welcome upon arrival. Our room was very comfortable with all the facilities you need for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was excellent- both cooked and continental was offered. Etton is a quiet village and a very peaceful location. If you book this accommodation you will not be disappointed.

Pamper! Jacquie has taken pamper to a new level. There is a lot of love in this place. She is a super human dynamo with a BIG heart. Feels like home! She has thought of everything! Wonderful breakfast menu. She baked bread just for me! And for you too! I wish I could eat more! Plenty of bottled water in fridge on the top floor. Tastefully furnished property. Serene garden. Love the waterfall and fish pond. Great to sit and chill in the garden. Easy parking. Go say hello to the chooks in the chookhouse. It’s the perfect place to play your ‘pause’ button and enjoy. Bath robes. Generous toiletries in bathroom. Monogrammed towels in a bnb? Now that’s class! Wifi is good in lounge downstairs, kitchen and in the garden, only because of the thick stone walls of the beautifully restored home. You will HAVE to come and see for yourself won’t you?
