I have some mixed fillings about may last visit in Žuljana. Apartment approx. Clean and spacious. Lots of mosquitoes though..A beautiful canopy of mimosa that rose to the balcony. Nice howling of Dingots in the evening. But the village of Žuljana was hit by a lot of house renovation, the first row of houses by the beach. The result is Noise on the main beach. Lots of trash in the sea and trash cans full of trash on the beach that nobody emptied in a week. This is trully sad. The roosters crow in the morning, but the communal workers do not hear them. Two years ago, in September, I visited Žuljana for the first time, and it stuck in my memory like a small pearl. Unfortunately, the experience this time was in a completely different direction. The village itself declined. The nature is still beautiful and you can find some good bio markets, with gret olive oil, vine Mali Plavac, vegetables. It is a bit like love and hate relationship with Žuljana for me.

Ne mérite pas la qualification de Superhost. Hygiène de l'appartement, des sanitaires et de la vaisselle insatisfaisante. Connexion Wi-Fi impossible, aucune réaction de l'hôte. Accueil inexistant, simple échange de clé, aucune présentation de l'appartement ni des commodités. Pas de possibilité de contacter directement l'hôte, échange via agence qui s'est avérée inefficace. Manque rideau de douche, torchons, du basique de cuisine (sel, poivre, sucre, huile) Toilette bacale (attention à pas vous peter le coxys) Robinetteries pleines de calcaire et vétustes, balon d'eau chaude insuffisant. Four sale. Mobilier de terrasse délabré. Vraiment déçue de l'appartement. Points positifs : literie confortable, belle vue, à 2 min à pieds de la plage, proche des commerces de proximité et place de parking

The place itself is great as well as the real host and his wife. The apartment is spacious and has two balconies and on one of them you really have your privacy. The beacheas are close and easily accessible. The communicaton with the host and his wife was great but with the agency was a bit complicated and annoying (different agent for every inquiry, slow response rate, and automatic answering tool when calling the customer service which is inadequate when you're traveling and need quick information).

Really nice appartment (really spacious). The view it’s just amazing. But some problem to find the appartment

The apartment was kind of hard to find, and we had to deal with four different people to finally reach it. Still, they were all very nice. The apartment in itself had some flaws, including a leaking toilet and some broken lightbulbs. Overall, it had kind of a wobbly feel to it, with doors not properly fitted to their frames and such. It's not really soundproof either, but we were lucky enough not to have too noisy neighbors. The two terraces were great however, both with amazing views on the sea.
