Absolutely incredible location and a perfect combination of home stay and resort experience. The location is closer to several major attractions and we got to rent a scooter from the hotel to roam around. The place looked exactly like the photos and the pool was a great addition to the experience. You will feel close to the nature while also being in a well maintained area! The best part however are the people who work at the hotel and also the communication by the host. They are the nicest human beings I have ever met and they went above and beyond to help us. It felt like staying with our family. Highly recommended.

Mrs. Le and her family were the sweetest host!! Especially Mrs. Le went out of her way to make sure we were happy and helped us arrange everything from bus transfer to any special food wishes and dietary requests (her mother in law is a great cook!), to a last minute change of plans and extension of our stay. We couldn’t have been happier! The home stay has a great pool with fountain that we enjoyed a lot and our room was exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable with a great view over a small lake and the pagoda in the distance, overall an incredible deal for the price. The home stay offered bicycles and scooters for rent which made it super convenient to get around town and to all other popular sights around Ninh Binh area (approx. 15min by scooter to Mua cave view point for example). It is also located very close to one of the biggest Pagodas / temple complex in Asia, which I‘d definitely recommend you check out if you’re staying here! Thank you for being so sweet and joyful!

Decent home stay on the outskirts of Ninh Binh, which is something to bare in mind when booking, if you want to get anywhere you will have to have either a motorbike or get a taxi, which luckily they offer for rental. The hosts and staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful and kind. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t as clean as we would have hoped but not too bad if you don’t mind a bit of flies and debris. The rooms were large and air conditioning was great, but bedding and towels were slightly stained and we had an incident involving lots of lizard poo. The hosts were very quick to respond and proactive about this, but didn’t actually change the sheet like they said they would. Overall a fine stay and if you don’t mind a bit of lizard poo or being a bit far out then you will have a good stay!

Ein sehr schöner Ort mit einer überaus zuvorkommenden Gastgeberin. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Wer nicht essen gehen will, kann sich ein leckeres authentisches Essen von der Gastgeberin zubereiten lassen.

this was such a homey area to stay in. they cooked and rented us motor bikes to go out and exploring. the staff is so friendly and responsive and do the most to make sure you are comfortable and feel welcome. recommend to any travelers going to ninh binh
