Comfortable and all you need for a short stay. Garden and dog exercise paddock very useful. Warm and controlable heating, excellent shower. Kitchen area good selection of appliances. Great bed, kingsize and armchairs very good to relax in. Wifi, tv & Alexa good. Lots of local info, altho' we were very familiar with area. Sue's marmalade delicious!

Sue was a lovely host. She greeted us after our arrival, making sure we were comfortable & to contact her if we needed anything. Her Airbnb home is lovely, cozy, comfortable, and we were delighted to be there. When we arrived, there was a delicious plate of cookies waiting for us. The kitchen has everything you need, the bed is ever so comfortable and you can have a wonderful hot shower. The sitting area for relaxing is very comfortable, the whole place is bright & cheery even on rainy days. Parking is very convenient & right there. The location is great. I highly recommend Sue & her home if you are staying in the area. Thank you Sue for a wonderful stay.

Sue is the perfect host.When we arrived we net her and she was very helpful in all we needed and recomnended loads to do in the area,the welcome plate of beautiful cakes was lovely and very much appreciated as well as extremely tasty,we were given her number if we needed anything which was a nice touch.The accommodation is beautiful,everything you need and the bed is spotless as is the rest and very comfortable,very high quality,altho there isn't a gated garden right outside the property the paddock for letting your dog off for a run is amazing and completely safe,as is the service Sue provides for your dog you truly can relax,overall we loved staying here and when down again will definitely book again.

We had a great stay. The place was clean and it had everything we needed for a short stay. Sue was really helpful, providing clear instructions on how to find the proporty, and we really enjoyed the local pub Sue recommended.

An enjoyable stay, well located for Arundel and the South Downs. Big comfortable bed, a good shower and the kitchen had everything you need. Hosts provided excellent communication and answered any questions I had. Very happy.
