Friendly host and nice, big room. It gets very warm up under the roof, though, and the water in the house doesn’t smell exactly good. If I were to visit Arugam Bay again, I’d find a room with direct beach access and probably not Airbnb which is always the expensive option in Sri Lanka.

Laura’s place was exactly what we were looking for. A charming and cosy place that is close to the town and walking distance to all the restaurants and the beach. But also not on the main busy road so it felt quieter, and more surrounded by nature. Laura is an excellent host, friendly, knowledgable about the area and just generally nice to chat to. Would strongly recommend this place!

We had a fantastic stay at the Jungle House! The warm reception we received upon arrival made us feel right at home. The room was incredibly tidy and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Communication with Laura was superb, and she was always there to help with any questions or needs we had. Highly recommended for a welcoming and hassle-free experience!

Bei Laura haben wir uns super wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war super sauber und schön. Laura hat uns sehr herzlichen empfangen und auch während unseres Aufenthalts war sie hilfsbereit und da. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten hier vom Trubel runterkommen und abschalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.:)
