Writing the same review for both properties, we rented both. 2 story house with identical units on top/bottom. Each have a their own deck overlooking ocean. Corrections to prior reviews...The beds have either been replaced or had topers put on them, perfectly comfortable all of them. The towels are old and not the softest but sufficient. The pillows have obviously been replaced as well. We had no issue with the beds, bedding or pillows. Both units in need of a deep clean for kitchens and bath. The upstairs unit has original hardwood floors which are in need of replacement. There is a distinct urine oder in the the upstairs unit which is hard to tell where is is coming from but is strongest by the wicker chair seated next to picture window and door, it could be the chair the rug or the floor. Downstairs not ready at 4 pm checkin, but maid was sent right out and was complete within hour, she did a great job but this is a property with heavy use needs deep clean and maintenance.

Outstanding place and location. Can't beat the views. Nice size kitchen and living area. A bit cluttered needing more space upon entry for shoes, backpacks etc. However, works well and is comfortable for 6 adults. The parking in the driveway needs to be improved and or enforced. There are two units on the property but one driveway. It took coordination with the other tenants so not to get blocked in.

Great spot! Gave four stars bc didn’t have propane, and only one dish pod and the check out was 10a which is too early. Besides that, was fantastic.

Gorgeous and convenient location! Waking up in the morning was incredible! Furniture could use some updates and there is only salt and pepper, so be prepared to bring your own sugar and spices😁. Very walkable property and we hardly noticed the renters below us. Enjoy!

The view is amazing! I would say you are really paying for the view when it comes to this place. The bed closes to the living room definitely needs to be changed, very uncomfortable and noisy with any little movement. I am not one to complain but I was disappointed about the house. It was a little dirtier than expected and some other small issues. I feel for the amount of money we are paying, everything would be in top shape. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The view is amazing, there is some good restaurants near by and access to the beach is only a few minutes away.
