Welcome to the Knoll, the home with the best ocean views and the best white sand beach access in the Town of Westport. We have sweeping ocean views from all levels of this house and from the three decks. Located just a short walk to Horseneck Beach and Bakers Beach, and situated within two sand dune and beach reservations with a total of approximately 1300 acres. The property has striking views of the Elizabeth Islands, Gooseberry Neck, buzzards bay, and Martha’s Vineyard in the distance. The house features 4 bedrooms, accommodating 8. There is one full bath on first level and 2 full baths along the second level. Renovated in 2023 with new Pella Custom windows, Turkish porcelain tile floors throughout, many updates. Tastefully decorated open concept first floor, featuring fully equipped kitchen with Corian countertops, stainless steel appliances (dishwasher and microwave), and a Viking stove and microwave/convection oven. Adjacent to kitchen is a cozy seating area with a large flat screen HDTV. Dining room and second seating area are wrapped in windows and face sweeping views of beach and ocean.

Gary and Anne are fabulous hosts. Very easy to work with and extremely responsive. The Knoll is beautiful, clean, and incredibly well equipped, especially the kitchen.
The beach house was beautiful. It was peaceful with a great view. We loved all the decks and spent a lot of time relaxing on the decks. The first night we enjoyed an electrical storm from the large windows. We also, enjoyed the beach, water, surfing and the nearby restaurants. There is lots to do. We even sang an Irish folk song at the oldest store in USA Davol General store in Dartmouth. We had fresh vegetables from farm to table. We went to the local vineyards and tasted the local wines. Additionally, went to the local times. We truly enjoyed our vacation.
What a lovely home! Absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking ocean views from almost every room in the house. Just steps from a beautiful beach and trails. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Gary was very accommodating and responsive. One of my favorite things were the fresh flower arrangements in several of the rooms - what a great touch! This home will not disappoint!
Love, love, love this house. Perfect location close to the beach in a very cute little neighborhood. Comfortable and casual. Great views from decks and inside the shared open areas and the upstairs bedroom. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped for cooks (and there is every cookbook imaginable on the bookshelves in the house should you need help!). The house was clean and there were plenty of sheets, towels, etc. Everything was well-maintained and in good working order. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs & boogie boards which was great because we traveled to NE by plane. If you know the area, then you will love being close to everything. If you don't know the area, then you are in for a treat, because this is one of the most unspoiled and unique places on the east coast. Finally, Gary was exceptionally responsive and helpful and made the whole process easy and pleasant. We will look forward to our next visit.

On the barrier beach island and within walking distance there is a large white sand public access beach (one of the best in Massachusetts), warm summer water temps up to 74 degrees in July and August, sand dunes, hiking trails, river, restaurant, boat marina, with two wineries and a brewery just a short drive away.
