We were in a pinch with a last-minute plan to surprise our family in South Carolina for Christmas. There were limited options in nearby hotels, but we decided to try out our AirBNB options. We found Robert's place. The value was excellent and this exceeded all of our expectations! Check in was at a small welcome station. The service there was very friendly and professional. There are game consoles in a rec area attached to a large TV. You can borrow DVD's (I know, right?), board games and other things from the front desk. We were also given complimentary mimosas! Behind the welcome station is a pool, several seating areas with gas fire pits, and 2 separate grills with their own seating areas. There are pool toys (which we didn't try since it was winter) and a ping pong table (which we definitely enjoyed). The suite is impressive. The buildings are lakeside and give you a beautiful view of the water and the boat slips. The rooms are bright but you'll want to close some of the window shades for privacy, given it's on the first floor. The entire space is large and well appointed. The kitchen is fully stocked! We used all sorts of things to prepare meals while here. Everything we needed was either already there or had a close enough proxy to get the job done. We are very much a cooking family when we travel, so this was quite a welcome surprise. The common area is very large and bright. We hosted a family dinner for 8 (there are 8 chairs around the dining table). There is definitely space for a few more since the table itself is quite big. The TV gives you full access to HDMI ports if you want to tote along a Chromecast, Switch, or whatever your portable entertainment option is when traveling. This is a very welcome thing. Further, each bedroom had its own TV. This was definitely the most comfortable arrangement we've ever enjoyed as a family when traveling. If you can manage to get it, don't hesitate or think twice. Robert is responsive and his suite is well worth the stay!

Everything was described accurately by Robert! Booking was quick and painless. This location was everything we needed for a small girls weekend in Santee. Very spacious with up to date amenities. Thank you Robert for your lovely condo.
