A nice little place by the river, like we wanted. Loved the canoe rides, the terace, the grill...it had all the amenities, even those that are not listed. One thing, though, when we were staying at this place, the wood company nearby was quite loud from 7am on. This was not a very pleasant experience. Another thing, the actual owners were the best, kind, and warm, but the communication with the listing agency was not good at all.

This is a great location, a comfortable house with lots of space. The outdoor space is great, right on the river and location was a fabulous base exploring the area. A few things to note: 1) Bad smell from drains in upstairs bathroom - awful at times. Must have known there was a problem. 2) Sent message about early checkin and leaving the keys, but no response. 3) Outdoor photos are out of date as has been a number of changes. Does not detract from the space though. Gorski Kotar (where this house is located) is an amazing and unspoilt nature paradise. The host provides bikes (three) and basic fishing gear. Great place to relax and unwind with great WIFI!
