Patrick’s place is just as pictured and described! The location is great and the cabin is perfect for a cozy weekend get away for two. Patrick was extremely friendly and responsive, and provided clear instructions for check in and parking (including a video!). Patrick also had the unit ready early for us, so we were able to check in whenever we wanted the morning of our arrival. We cannot recommend this stay more!

We were in town 2 nights and Patrick’s place was perfect! We were able to enjoy the beach and the water right outside! Little Bear was pristinely clean, cozy, and Patrick was the perfect host! He was proactive sending us check-in and checkout instructions that made things very easy. 10/10 would recommend Patrick and his place for anyone looking to checkout the Weirs beach area!
