We stayed here for Elon Parents weekend in April. The sorority parents weekend. We liked the house. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed reading in the beautiful gardens. Only thing that was disappointing was that check in was 3 pm and I asked for an early check in and host would only do 2pm. Host lives right next door. We landed at 9 am at RDU and it would have been nice had host been flexible so we could rest before the evening as air b n b site showed no one booked the day before. Also check out was 10 am on a Sunday. Way too early. Host did extend to 11 am. Again early for a Sunday and I could tell on air b n b website no one was staying the next day. Tho she told me we must be out by 11. We would have loved to spend time with our Elon senior reading in the garden. Some flexibility would have been nice. Otherwise, place was very clean and beds super comfy.

This was our first air b&b experience. It really didn’t mean much to us, but the listing should have included that they live next door. Like I said we weren’t doing anything crazy so it didn’t really matter that much to us, but to someone else it might! Besides that Host was great and accommodating. Not far from where I needed to be. Would stay again!
