Lovely unit right on a private beach, with each access to the PCH. The TV is great, connected to all the media services you want, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Wonderful stay, I'd recommend this property to anyone.

Highly recommend Mar and his property to anyone looking to visit Malibu! The property is perfectly located in the heart of Malibu, a quick drive to just about anything. Plus, its on a private beach which was the highlight of the trip as the public beaches get very busy on the weekend. Marc was attentive and easy to communicate with. You can tell he's put a lot of thought and attention into his property to make it a great experience.

This listing has misleading images and description. It is by all means not suitable for 5 adults as claimed. The second bedroom living space was replaced with a queen bed to make it fit 5/6 adults as claimed, yet the room space became too tight and small for 3 adults. We rented this space based on having 2 living areas, we have 3 adult kids that needed their own space. We discovered that it has been eliminated and we all had to cramp in one small living room. The apartment space is too small to fit anything more than 3 adults. It's not a matter of adding beds to fit more people when there is not enough place for those occupants to live, like watch TV, or eat! Kitchen is well equipped but one can't use as prep space is too small and there is no dining table, only a high top counter with 2 stools!! A small wooden table on the balcony that barely fit 4 kids sitting tight. We rented an apartment to be able to live in this location, cook and enjoy the beach, we defiantly were not able due to space limitation. Apartment has low ceiling, which is not reflecting well in the pictures. We complained to the host immediately that his space doesn't fit us and it was not as advertised, not a viable solution was offered. We complained to Airbnb and they gave us the run around, they were useless as well. Airbnb resolution center takes 3-5 days to work through the claim, by then one would have long checked out. We could not check out as we were held hostage despite the misleading listing. In a nutshell, ruined vacation after spending this much money over 5 days.
