My name is Sarath Perera. I grew up in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Studied at Ananda College, Colombo and join the Hotel school in Colombo. And worked in Triton Hotel, Ahungalla,Sri Lanka Also in La Langousterie, Mount Lavinia, Colombo. There I continued the trend of just meeting my potential, went to Germany in 1986. after I was working for The shalimar and Ashoka Indian Restaurants, Asado Steak, Kafer am Hofgarten and at last in Lenbach Palai in Munich, Germany as a Chef de rang. To be honest, I am so glad to meet lot of VIP s, in my life at Kafer and Lenbach. In 1996 I had the chance meet the German Best tennis player Boris Becker in Lenbach palai and He asked to join his team. I did work for Barbara and Boris Becker until there, divorce 2002 in Munich, Miami, Monaco and Mallorca And Travel a lot around the world. In 2003 I did Open My Sri Lankan Restaurant “Kandy” in Großhadern I returned to my Sri lankan roots in 2010 with the intention of to have a spine therapy.
