Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez François. Accueil et appartement impeccable ! Le quartier est parfait pour les commerces et restaurants à proximité et la situation géographique idéale pour découvrir Paris.

Great location & host who does all he can to make sure you have a great stay. Place is simple & clean. Walk to MANY restaurant & shops. Courtyard is not available to use so know that beforehand.

Great location, close to metro, restaurants, things to do. Quiet spot as well. Note - I booked this for the three beds specified in the listing, in fact there are only 2 which meant someone had to sleep on the floor with only an extra sheet provided (no extra blankets). Sue provided lots of suggestions on things to to do, where to eat, and showed us how to get in/out of the building. Overall a nice place, especially if you only need one bed.

appartement bien situe , commerce métro bus proche. Appartement calme dans une cour intérieure. Appartement qui manque de soin mobilier, porte savon douche cassé ,une chaise cassée, un canapée lit non conforme pour dormir correctement, un seul torchon qui doit servir pour s essuyer les mains et la vaisselle .un appartement qui mérite une réflexion pour améliorer le confort et lui donner un peu de cachet avec des choses simples.
