This hillside private home overlooks the jungle and private garden and offers spectacular views of the gorgeous blue Caribbean Sea just across the road. Perched on a small hill, it is surrounded by tall trees where monkeys often play. You will easily imagine that you are in a treehouse. The house is open air with an enclosed bedroom. Artistically designed with comfort in mind, it welcomes romantic souls and nature lovers. It is a haven where tropical birds sing, insects chirp and the sound of waves beckon you to explore the nearby shore. Come enjoy the beauty of this Caribbean home! Our wish is to make your stay as comfortable as possible while still allowing you to appreciate the rustic bamboo, local wood and river rock the house is made from. Equipped with a gas stove, full sized fridge and oven, you will delight in making meals while enjoying the ocean view and breezes in this living space where sunlight filters in throughout the day. Relax outside in your own private tropical garden and watch the waves roll in. This wonderful home offers tranquility and escape from the noise and activity of Bocas Town. However, if you wish to venture to town and sample the night life and restaurants it is easily accessible by bicycle (35 minutes) or by taxi or minibus (20 minutes). Otherwise, some excellent restaurants are available within walking distance from the house. A beautiful sandy swimming beach is less than 4 minutes walk away. Spectacular Bluff beach, with its miles of untamed sandy beaches, is only a short 15 minute walk from the property. When the waves are high you can surf at "The Curve" directly across from the property. Otherwise, excellent surf spots are a short walk (Dumpers and Paunch). Nature is at your doorstep!

Diane’s place was such a great experience. She place had an amazing breeze at night which kept it cool and pretty much free of mosquitoes or bugs. Highly recommend!

We loved Diane's place. It is surrounded by the jungle and is truly like a jungle treehouse. We had an early morning visit from some Howler monkeys, which we loved!! They were eating breakfast in the tree by the steps and we sat and watched them for about an hour. So cool! We rented a golf cart which her Proerty manager drove us to rent. The restaurants were amazing and the water was incredable! We loved it and would come back.
Can’t hype this place enough.. especially Diane. Such a great host - always responsive immediately, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, etc. she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and I can’t thank her enough. We were able to do a lot just due to her recommendations. the space was wonderful and looked exactly like the pictures (if not better). I felt like I was part of the jungle. It was absolutely perfect and I wish I could’ve stayed longer.
The place is fantastic. It is important, though, to be aware that this is truly a treehouse, completely open except for the bedroom. Not such a common type of lodging. One is completely surrounded by nature and also exposed to it. We enjoyed our stay at Diane's place. The view was awesome. The sounds of the sea and of nature in general were amazing. We could spot exotic birds, gorgeous flowers and trees. There were many excellent options to eat close by and Diane gave us precise instructions. And Bluff beach was absolutely breathtaking, one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen. We walked a lot and undertook some field trips. We felt so fotunate to visit!

The house is a 10-15 minute walk to beautiful Bluff beach where you will discover miles of sandy shore, pristine water and excellent restaurants.
There is an enchanting sandy and rocky beach (cove) directly across the road from the house.
Bicycles and E-bikes are a great option and can be rented in town and also a few kilometres away.
ATVs are a fun way to explore the island.
There is also a mini bus called the Bluff bus which usually passes in front of the property every hour. The bus also goes in the other direction to the last restaurant at Bluff beach.
Taxis are also readily available.

I love the ocean and adventure. My home is my haven, hidden in a magnificent jungle overlooking the sea. I love to travel and explore new places. I enjoy meeting people and endeavor to make them happy if I can. My hope is that staying at our exotic gem of a treehouse will become a treasured memory for all of our future guests.
