We enjoyed every moment of being there! The location is the biggest advantage of the house with it picturesque views on lake Como. The host was very responsive and friendly as well. The house and the furniture in the house is a bit old, but all in all it feels very cozy and comfortable.

Cadre agréable sur les hauteurs de Varenna, à l'écart de l'agitation touristique. La vue est splendide, le terrain calme, agréable et bien entretenu. Il faut anticiper que la route est longue et sinueuse pour y parvenir, mais la vue en vaut la peine.

The place by itself is really wonderful! The private villa located almost on the top of the mountain! The place is not easy to reach, we would recommend to book it only if you have a car and not the huge SUV or something like that as the way from the main road to the house can get bit extremely dangerous. As the villa is located on the top of the mountain in the small city I would like to recommend to make your groceries in advance and stuff the fridge with all your essentials. In general place is cozy and harmful, the view from the villa is amazing! Next time we will stay for a longer time of period! Thank you!

The view of the lake and surrounding area was spectacular. The house was comfortable. However, the drive up the mountain with at least 25 hairpin turns and the narrow, steep, rough driveway were challenging. We made one trip down each day since we had a car. Not a good location for anyone without a car and courageous driver. The host was responsive, and instructions thorough, however, for a few days we did not have WiFi.

Une maison agréable avec une vue à couper le souffle. Tout pour passer un séjour reposant. La maison est un peu isolée, mais avec une voiture tout est facilement à portée. Je recommande pour les voyageurs en quête de tranquilité.
