Just back home after a lovely, relaxing week spent in this gorgeous Tuscan house. The area is very quiet and remote - which is just what we were looking for (just make sure you stock up before you arrive at the house), the views are almost 360 degrees across the Tuscan hills. There were 4 of us and the house was very spacious for us (it sleeps 6). The kitchen had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. Bathrooms are a bit of the small side, but this doesn’t take away from the rest of the the house. The gardens are pretty and well maintained as is the pool area and pool house. Plenty of sun loungers and the pool is a good size. Lovely to sit in the pool house at sunset with a glass of local wine, whilst waiting for the bbq to be ready. Although remote, there is plenty to see in the area with a short drive (vineyards everywhere, quaint towns, beaches 30 mins) and driving through the Tuscan hills is always a pleasure. Overall a really enjoyable break.

NOTE Piccolo podere rustico adagiato su di un colle, con magnifica vista, quasi a 360°. Pace e silenzio. Ben tenuto esternamente, ampio giardino privato, tutto bene per gli interni, in stile, ben puliti. All’interno della proprietà, raggiungibile con un vialetto di 50 metri tra gli ulivi, si accede allo spazio piscina. L’area piscina, di ampie dimensione, è circondata da bassi recinti in legno, protetta da siepi, agavi, cespugli di rosmarino, girasoli, orci toscani fioriti, tutti perfettamente curati. La piscina di m10x10, con 2 profondità differenti è ben tenuta e pulita regolarmente e presenta una comoda doccia esterna. E’ anche provvista di una spaziosissia struttura coperta, fornita di barbeque, cucina gas, frigo e acquaio per pranzare e cenare a bordo piscina. Pace e silenzio e brezza. Un’ oasi di relax a 20 minuti da Grosseto e 30minuti dal mare del Parco dell’Uccellina. Tutto questo grazie all’amore (visibile dallo stato di manutenzione) che i 2 discreti proprietari, infondono a questa location. COMMENTI Bagni poco pratici (2 docce piccole) ma graziosi. Ricordiamoci che siamo all’interno di una casa rustica...
