Une très belle maison avec une superbe terasse arborée. La rue est calme mis à part quelques aboiements de chiens des environs. Le logement est impeccable et spacieux avec tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, la salle de bain etc. Pas de climatisation mais deux ventilateurs sont disponibles dans les chambres. La place de parking devant la maison est très étroite mais ça passe facilement avec quelques manoeuvres. L'hôte est disponible, nous avons pu rentrer dans la maison avant l'heure d'arrivée prévue après un petit coup de téléphone.

The street where the accommodation is at is a bit off route, the neighbourhood is peaceful, but also looks a bit messy - some construction sites, a couple of derelict courtyards among otherwise nice houses. Lidl is 5 minutes by foot in case you need something from the market. Our host was forthcoming and nice, so all good there. The house itself is very good, overall it looks even better than on the photos, has a small isolated courtyard, the kitchen is equipped better than your average AirBNB apartment, though it could use some wine and beer glasses. The city has a nice historic centre, and if you are by car and don't mind driving you have Cinque Terre, Firenze, Lunigiana, Lucca and Pisa close by for one-day trips. So all in all, nice accommodation and nice position if you're by car, which we were so we enjoyed our stay.

L'alloggio è decisamente ordinato e pulito. Le foto del sito fanno presupporre spazi più ampi, soprattutto il soggiorno. La casa si presenta adeguata in ogni dettaglio. Purtroppo si trova in una strada con un passaggio decisamente difficoltoso in quanto c'è poca possibilità di manovra in caso di vettura proveniente dal senso opposto. La nota più negativa è il costo al metro cubo del gas al metro cubo. Attualmente 0,5 euro /Smc e la richiesta è 4 volte tanto. Al nostro ingresso a casa era fredda, 15 gradi e ci sono voluti un paio di giorni per raggiungere la temperatura. Per il resto tutto bene.

C’était un vrai plaisir de séjourner dans la casa de Giulina. L’hôte est très aimable et la maison magnifique avec une décoration très soignée. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous.
