The villa was everything we hoped it would be and more. Very comfortable, charmingly furnished and very homely. Beautifully positioned with far reaching views. We had a warm welcome from the owners who ensured we had everything we wanted for our stay. I would definitely consider a return visit should the opportunity arise. Certainly a holiday to remember for all the right reasons.

We really loved our stay (group of 7 adults) at Casa Ambrogetta - the scenery from the villa was even better than in the pictures and it was so relaxing to chill at pool after sightseeing. This villa had all the needed amenities and everything was clean and worked well. I highly recommend staying at this villa when visiting Tuscany!

Ambrogetta was a very peaceful place to stay close to Florence and about 40 minutes from all the major towns and villages. the house doesn't have air conditioning, but if you follow the custom of shutting the house during the day and using the modern fans ... even the hottest days were fine. there was nothing better than a swim at the end of a day's touring and a glass of wine overlooking the beautiful Tuscan Valley.

Huset blev avbokat av värden 1,5 dag innan ankomst och då var vi redan i Italien och hade börjat vår resa. Kom som en chock för oss. Ett sällskap på 9 personer inklusive en ettåring och två pensionärer, så det blev en helt förstörd semester. Vi fick ett ersättningsboende, men det levde inte alls upp till våra förväntningar och dessutom 10 mil söderut från för vi skulle bo, så ännu längre körning. En stor besvikelse, tyvärr!

We visited Casa Ambrogetta for my birthday celebrations. The villa location was beautiful and the property had every amenity needed. The propery provided easy access for visiting Florence, Siena and San Gimingnano. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.
