Les points positifs : - hôte très réactif et disponible - l'ensemble des équipements mentionnés étaient présent et en bon état de fonctionnement - extérieur est superbe. le jardin est parfaitement bien entretenu, la piscine est particulièrement grande, propre et bien équipé, - le cours de tennis est en très bon état. On l'a utilisé tous les jours. - énorme barbecue Point négatif : - les chambres et salles de bain sont vieillissantes. - la déco est un peu daté. Conclusion : si la déco n'est pas le point le plus important dans votre location, vous passerez un superbe séjour en famille ou entre amis

We loved Villa Mulberry!! We were a party of 10, two families with children ranging in age from 22 to 12. The outside space is outstanding with the landscaped gardens, different seating areas, large barbecue area including pizza oven, tennis court and large swimming pool. The town centre is only a 10 minute walk away with many bars and restaurants. We had coffee in the morning at the local bakery at the top of the square and ate in and had takeaway from Finikas-Raki Taverna. If you have read Victoria Hislop's The Island plus sequel, then this villa is a fantastic base to travel to Agios Nicolaos, Spinalonga Island, Elounda, Plaka and you can see in the distance the old prison in Neapoli which I am sure will one day turn in to a museum. The Vassilakis Olive Estate have their olive presses just at the end of the road and offer free tours and is well worth a visit. There is great wifi and Nasos is to answer any questions plus his lovely father is nearby to help out too

Nasos à été très réactif à toutes nos demandes et nous a bien conseillés. la maison est super jolie, belle piscine, bien équipée, linge en quantité. Au top !

Huset var helt perfekt, med køkken, faciliteter og smukt område. Der var rent, pænt og hyggeligt. Godt hus til 10 voksne!

We had a wonderful family week in October for three generations. Having such a large villa made it very convenient and there was room for the grandparents to get away from the children when they needed some peace! There were lots of bedrooms with good en suites and also nice seating areas. The beds were comfortable and the linens white and high quality cotton. The kitchen was large and well equipped. Some of the group enjoyed the billiard table while others played tennis. The pool was a real hit as it is large and suitable for proper swimming. We were there in the second half of October so it was not warm, but we all swam anyway. Neapoli is inland and fairly high up so is not very hot. The town is a working town rather than a touristy centre which we liked. We drove to a variety of beaches, the nearest ones being no more than 20 minutes drive. The main town of Agios Nicholaus was bustling and attractive with lots of shops and restaurants. There are many charming villages with lots of great tavernas leaving the town on the old road, such as Limnes, Kastelli, Fournis.
