Had a wonderful month-long stay at Ryan’s cabin in Ojai. After staying for 30 days, here are my takeaways! Pro's: + Such a comfortable bed. Like, the softest sheets and mattress ever. The upstairs loft/bed in general is so cozy and peaceful +The location, right across from a nature preserve w/ some beautiful views + Quiet. Ryan's cabin is tucked behind his house, so you are away from the street. Con's: - The internet was 70-80% dependable. Sometimes frustrating as I couldn't stream shows from my laptop or do research for my work - The driveway was awfully dark. I sometimes felt afraid walking down the driveway alone at night as a single woman (also there were a lot of raccoons!) - The courtyard is really small and along a fence, bit smaller than pictured - I cook a lot, and found some of the materials (like knives and cutting boards) to not be that great - There weren't a lot of cleaning supplies on hand (spray, extra sponges) All in all I'd stay again, it's a wonderful home.

Ryan’s place was the perfect spot to stay for a few months. Love the cabin like vibes. Being across from the meadow and a 10 minute walk to Farmer and the Cook was just great. My 4 door Jeep Wrangler fit snug in the carport. Hoping to stay again one day!

The perfect tucked away cabin in Ojai. I appreciated having the carport and washer and dryer. This community is welcoming and quiet. A great extended stay experience.

Private, beautiful little spot next to a great nature preserve. Great place to explore ojai valley from. Stayed for a month and the place provided all that we needed. Ryan is a great, communicative and friendly host! Thanks so much!

Overall good experience. i had no problem parking my jeep Grand Cherokee in the carport. Pros: cute place and very private. Ifound the bed super comfortable. Across from nature preserve for walks. Cons: mostly clean but several areas must have been missed (for a while) with dust and cobwebs. no screen on patio door so not a lot of opportunities for fresh air.
