We’d come down to Hampshire for a family wedding and selected Emilie place to stay at for a couple of night and what a great choice we’d made. We arrived late / in the dark but found the barn easily enough given the excellent directions etc. The barn itself is lovely, spacious, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. We all also enjoyed the walk in shower and plentiful hot water! The Barn sits in beautiful spot along a country lane and set within its own small wood. On our return to Lancashire we realised that we’d left one of our bags behind which Emilie has already kindly offered to post back to us at some point early next week. If we are ever in the vicinity again we’d check in with Emilie in a heartbeat and would have no issue whatsoever recommending her barn to others. 10/10

We had a lovely two night stay here. Such a peaceful, quiet spot with everything you need in a holiday apartment. We watched the sunrise from the living room in the morning over the fields which was very special. We also were visited by a deer in the morning too- very special. The apartment is bigger than expected and warm and cosy with the fire and heating on. The bath tub was huge - such a treat! And the beds were very comfy.

A wonderful property The apartment in the first floor is spacious, clean and well thought out. Having two toilets available is a very handy and will suit most family requirements. The rooms are huge and it’s a great location in the peaceful countryside. We saw lots of incredible wildlife and heard the local owl early in the evening and mornings. Our hosts were very responsive and welcomed us on arrival but didn’t impose on our privacy one little bit. I would definitely stay here again. Huge thanks

The barn is lovely. Clean, quiet and comfortable with all you could possibly need for a short stay. Emilie is a great host, responsive and organised and was flexible and helpful too. I would wholeheartedly recommend.

It’s a perfect place a for a few days away, and would have loved it stay longer. We had plans in London and tickets to nearby Highclere Castle, which is just a 15 minute drive away, so this looked a perfect spot to stay. The train strikes mean’t a harder route to London, but a drive to Richmond is an hour, and it at the end of the District line, so London attractions are easily accessible from this perfect country oasis. The accommodation is fantastic, very modern and well appointed, but with great country views. Had no problems find it in the dark, and definitely recommend using the what3words app to find it. One to revisit again when we’re next in the area, and will recommend it to our friends. Thanks for allowing us to stay, we all had a great time.
