We had an enjoyable stay over Christmas to visit family. This apartment is functional and comfortable rather than top quality. Festival Place and the family home were only a 10 minute drive away and the welcoming Bounty Inn pub is an easy walk away. Best thing about the apartment are the two en suite bathrooms which are really large and nice for Airbnb's, both with great showers. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a large telly but we slept in the 2nd bedroom as we found the mattress more comfortable. It took a little while to work out how to use the two Smart TVs, despite one of us being tech savvy. There's an allocated space in the underground car park and lots of visitor spaces including near to the main entrance so ideal for unloading luggage.

Beautiful and spacious flat. Nice place to spend a long weekend. Other than having to ask for check in details as we arrived, because they’d been forgotten, and an issue trying to get parking gates open, host’s communication was great and we got in fine in the end. Once inside, place has plenty of space for people to hang out together or separately and was clean and lovely. We especially loved the powerful ensuite shower in the second bedroom. We would definitely stay again
